Coastal hotels with repositioning potential along Spain's key tourism corridors — Costa del Sol, Costa Brava, Costa Blanca — as well as the Algarve, Italian and Greek coasts.
Assets where targeted capital, operational restructuring or improved positioning could deliver meaningful improvement for institutional investors.
